They were all sold with Series 6 filter threads. However, the Series 6
threads are on a ring that screws into the lens barrel. With a bit of
effort you can remove this ring and end up with the 49mm threads on the
lens barrel. I removed the ring on both my 90mm Hexanon and 90mm Super
Omegon so I could use standard 49mm filters.
