what I've been told, the 100 is the oldest version and does not have
interchangeable backs. The 200 and Rapid M are similar, with the 200 being
older. Is that correct?<

Jeff,

Not really. The Konica made Rapid and Rapid M are older than the Mamiya
made Rapid-Omega 100 and 200. With the Koni-Omega Rapid being equivalent
to the Rapid-Omega 100 and the Koni-Omega Rapid M being the same as the
Rapid-Omega 200. The big difference is that the Rapid and 100 models have
built in film "inserts" (for lack of a better term) while the Rapid M and
200 have actual film backs that allow you to change film/backs mid-roll.
Something you can't do with the Rapid or Rapid-Omega 100. Confusing
enough? I own a Koni-Omega Rapid M and do enjoy it very much.

Best, Clint
