Jeff The beauty of the KO is that is very simple, not much to break. When I bought mine I didn't think it was working correctly and was set top send it back. After looking it over more carefully I decided a little cleaning, slight lubrication and use would get it working properly. There just isn't much to it! Good luck. Rick
