Neither the 60mm nor the [essentially same] 58mm have the necessary pin to
couple with the K-O rangefinder.  Both of these lenses must be focused
using the distance scale on the focusing knob.

My Rapid 100/200 manual has a Depth of Field table for each lens for all
apertures and distance measurements.  Using these tables, one can easily
determine a zone of focus using the hyperfocal distance.  Or go to Bob
Monaghan's web page and calculate the DoF using his program.  For PalmPilot
users, there is a program available to allow you to easily calculate these
numbers in the field.
