[KOML] Koni vs. Rapid grips

One of the only disappointments in my recent purchase of a Koni-Omega Rapid
over a Rapid-Omega 100 was the hand-grip attached to the camera. (Mine has
the small, flat style grip which the manual says should be used with only
three fingers...) It looks like, from the picture of the Koni on Robert
Monaghan's page that these are interchangeable. Is this so?

If it is so, can anyone give me a source for the vastly-improved hand-grip
and an idea of the cost?
