[KOML] Rapid-M frame overlap

I vaguely recall seeing something about this on the list when I first 
joined -
I am getting  2-3mm overlap on the first two frames with my Rapid M. 
After that it is okay (with the gap between frames getting slightly more 
with each frame). 

Any easy remedies to this problem?
