[KOML] Focus & Depth of Field

Greetings All,
   I am a newbie to Koni-Omega and Medium Format in general.  I've had
my M 200 Rapid and 90 mm lens for over a month and thoroughly enjoyed
them so far.  Last week I got the telephoto and WA lenses, as well.  I
was disappointed to see they have no depth of field scales--the WA,
okay, really doesn't need one, but how does one determine DOF on the
telephoto lens and why didn't they just put a scale on, like on the 90
mm?
   Also, though I have the special viewfinder, I have yet to figure out
how to FOCUS the 58 mm lens.
   Hope these don't seem like inordinately dumb questions--if they do,
don't bother answering, I guess!
