Okay, I won't go into my rant, but that's the reason I no longer buy
critical hardware from e-bay - just parts and salvage. What I do bid upon, I
do so with extreme prejudice.

I suggest you demand a return and if you have problems with the seller, and
if he lives within 100 miles of me, I'll gather my brothers and we will
visit the seller and make it happen. I kid you not.
